About
The experience came first.
I'm Eloise Drane. Egg donor, gestational surrogate, kidney donor, and founder. My work is independent, and it stays that way on purpose. My only job is to tell you the truth.

From experience to profession.
I have donated eggs 6 times and carried 3 surrogacy pregnancies as a gestational surrogate, delivering 4 babies for families who could not carry on their own. Family Inceptions, the agency I founded, was the first surrogacy and egg donation agency in Georgia and the first Black woman-owned surrogacy and egg donation agency in the United States. Fertility360 is my independent fertility advisory. I host the Fertility Café podcast, past 140 episodes of candid conversation about modern family building.
Why the Fertility Architect.
They call me the Fertility Architect. An architect designs the whole plan and coordinates the specialists, without being the doctor, the attorney, or the therapist. That is how I work: helping you see the entire picture and build a plan that is right for your family.
Education and faith.
I hold a BA from DeVry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. My faith is the foundation of how I lead and how I serve. I consider this work a ministry as much as a business.
My personal experience in this field is not incidental. It is the foundation of everything I do.
